Navigating the PhD journey can be both exciting and demanding, with challenges that often impact not only research progress but also personal wellbeing. For early career researchers, balancing the intellectual rigour of their work with physical, emotional, social and cognitive health is essential for sustainable success and personal growth.
This workshop is designed to address the unique pressures faced by early career researchers, offering practical strategies to integrate high performance in research with a thriving personal life. Through evidence-based content, reflective exercises and practical tools, participants will explore ways to manage stress and cultivate habits that promote mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical health.
