Gemäß der bis zum 21. Juni 2021 gültigen Corona-Landesverordnung vom 3. Juni 2021 und dem Erlass des Bildungsministeriums vom 3. Juni 2021 ist die Universitätsbibliothek für alle Nutzerinnen und Nutzer für die Ausleihe und Rückgabe von Medien geöffnet.
In der Campusbibliothek Südstadt und in der Campusbibliothek Innenstadt stehen Ihnen Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung. Die Zahl der Arbeitsplätze wird ab dem 7. Juni 2021 unter Beachtung der Abstands- und Hygieneregeln sukzessive erweitert. Die geltenden Regelungen zum Lernen und Arbeiten an den Arbeitsplätzen finden Sie im FAQ. Das Vorzeigen eines negativen Corona-Tests ist an den Standorten der Campusbibliothek Südstadt und der Campusbibliothek Innenstadt nicht erforderlich.
Für die Nutzung der Lesesäle des Patent- und Normenzentrums, der Sondersammlungen sowie des Universitätsarchivs ist gemäß § 1 a der Corona-Landesverordnung ein tagesaktueller negativer Antigen-Schnelltest (maximal 24 Stunden seit Testung) oder ein negativer PCR-Test (maximal 48 Stunden seit Entnahme des Abstrichs) notwendig. Diese Vorgabe gilt gemäß § 7 Absatz 2 der COVID-19-Schutzmaßnahmen-Ausnahmenverordnung für seit 14 Tagen vollständig geimpfte Personen und für genesene Personen, bei denen die Infektion mindestens 28 Tage bis maximal 6 Monate zurückliegt, als erfüllt. Bitte bringen Sie eine entsprechende Bescheinigung in gedruckter oder elektronischer Form mit. Für das Patent- und Normenzentrum, die Sondersammlungen und das Universitätsarchiv ist eine vorherige Terminvereinbarung erforderlich.
Bitte beachten Sie auch weiterhin die geltenden Sonderregelungen und Hygienevorschriften zur Nutzung der Universitätsbibliothek z. B. das Tragen einer medizinischen Maske (OP- oder FFP2-Maske) und die Sonderregelungen zum Einlassmanagement.

New regulations for library users, effective 7 June 2021
In accordance with current government guidelines (published on 28 May and 3 June, respectively), the University Library is now open to all user groups for lending and returning. Starting on June 7th 2021, additional work spaces will be made available at both the Campus Library Südstadt and the Campus Library Innenstadt locations, while adhering to current distancing and hygiene regulations. Please see the FAQ for details on using our work spaces. You do not need to present a negative Covid test at these library locations.
In order to use the reading rooms at the Centre for Patents and Standards, the Special Collections and the University Archive, you will need to present either a negative Antigen test (no older than 24 hours) or a negative PCR test (no later then 48 hours post-swab). This is in accordance with § 1 a of the 'Corona-Landesverordnung', see the government guidelines above. If you have completed your course of vaccinations at least 14 days ago, or if you have recovered from Covid at any point between 28 days and 6 months prior to your visit, you do not need a negative test, but you will need to present a written or electronic document confirming your vaccinations or time of recovery. Note that visiting the Centre for Patents and Standards, the Special Collections, and the University Archive still requires an appointment.
