Zoom-In: English for Faculty and Staff
The Language Center offers a weekly 60-minute English session (Thursdays, 11:00-12:00) for employees and staff. Topics change every week, and no registration is required - simply drop in and join the conversation.
The sessions are designed to help participants refresh their English skills, build confidence, overcome hesitation, and get comfortable speaking English in a relaxed atmosphere with your instructor.

Academic Writing Consultations
In the writing consultations, you will receive one-on-one help with academic writing projects in English. Language Center staff with extensive experience will discuss and work with you on your own texts, such as research papers, theses, dissertations, scholarly articles, etc.
Our primary goal is to help academic staff and researchers preparing for publication and advanced students with research and academic papers. By working with you, we want to support you on your way to becoming "independent writers for life". For this reason, writing consultations do not include translation or proofreading/editing services.
