Friday 07 to 14 o'clock
Even in the current situation, every employee is obliged to inform UR - i.e. the line manager and the Human Resources Department - of the incapacity to work and its probable duration as early as possible on the first day of illness. The further procedure depends on how long the incapacity to work lasts and whether it is (a suspected) infection with COVID-19.

If the inability to work lasts longer than three calendar days, a doctor's certificate (AU certificate) must be presented. In the current situation, the AU certificate should be scanned and submitted by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The original of the AU certificate must be kept carefully and presented later on request.
In case you suspect that you are infected with COVID-19 yourself, or you have had contact with an infected person, it is not allowed to enter the buildings of the UR. Please report to your supervisor and notify the Human Resources Department by e-mail to krankmeldunguni-rostockde.
In principle, the following applies to symptoms that indicate an infection with COVID-19:
- Stay at home.
- Avoid any contact, especially with risk groups.
- Please call the doctor before consulting him.
Please use the orientation guide of the Robert Koch Institute for decisions on further action.
In case you are infected with COVID-19 yourself, you have to inform us immediately by e-mail to krisenmanagementuni-rostockde. The basis of the data collection is a directive of the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture dated 09.03.2020.
